Name: Kiseigan (Eye of Spirit and Time)
Class: Doujutsu
Ability 1: Kaisō bamen (Flashbacks)
The user looks the victim into their eyes within a range of one meter.
The other line with the tomoe and the triple-merged tomoe in the eye's center the spin towards each other (if you look at the eyes the right one spins counterclockwise and the left one clockwise)
The victim is stunned by this jutsu and the user can see the victim's memories to gather either important informations or learning about jutsus.
Chakra is drained for each second of use.
Ability 2: Kihaku Kyūin (Spirit Absorption)
It works similar as Kaisō bamen, but it can only be used within the half range,
and the tomoe spin the other way around.
The victim is stunned while it's chakra is drained into the eyes of the user.
Regarding to the vicitim's strength and amount of chakra, this progress can last from 3 to 15 seconds.
50% of the drained chakra is used for this jutsu itself, so only the half amount of it can be used.
The user is able use (regarding to the drained amount) up to 3 jutsu of the vicitim's element affinity if the jutsu's are known by the user, within a certain period of time (half an hour) or if the jutsu.
Only the affinity of the last drained chakra or the user's own elements can be used.
If all of the chakra is drained, the victim's dies due the chakra-loss.
This Jutsu works similar to a genjutsu, and can be stopped by others by breaking the eye-contact or by the user himself with strong willpower and chakra-/body control.
Ability 3: Jikan no teishi (time-stop)
Hand-Seals: Monkey - Bird - Dog - Boar - Rat - Ox - Tiger - Hare - Dragon - Snake - Horse - Ram
During this Jutsu the user looses his/her eyesight for its duration and her eyes turn white.
It creates a sphere around the user. The sphere shuts everything (even time itself) out from the outside, with light (vision) as an exception which can enter and leave the sphere.
The sphere expands and drains chakra as long as the user's hand are in the Ram-position, the eyesight start to fade after the jutsu is finished.
By repeating the Hand-Seals, the movement of other living being and objects than the user (or what he touches) is slowed down and some additional chakra is used.
The Jutsu is ended by canceling it similar to the "Genjutsu Kai"-Jutsu.
The sphere can be broken by Chakra Absorption Techniques from both, the inside and outside, by killing the user (only possible if one is trapped inside of it with the user) or
by using "Genjutsu Kai" at the surface of the sphere (inside or outside), a high amount of charka and good chakra control is needed for that.
After the Jutsu ended, the eyesight slowly returns and the eyes turn back to their prior state.
